   • The promotional price will not be honored if payment is made on the day of the course, the day before, or at any time after the initial booking.

   • All clients, including individuals, corporate businesses, and account holders, must pay in full at the time of booking to qualify for any promotional pricing.
   • If payment is not made immediately, the booking will revert to the standard course price.

3. Corporate and Account Holders:

   • Corporate clients or those with an established account with FHV Driver Training are not exempt from this policy. The promotional price is only applicable if payment is received in full at the time of booking.
   • Any delays or deferred payments will result in the promotional price being invalidated, and the standard course pricing will apply.

4. Non-Refundable Promotions:

   • Once a booking is made and paid for under a promotional offer, the payment is non-refundable. However, course dates may be rescheduled subject to availability and the terms and conditions of our rescheduling policy.

5. Policy Enforcement:

   • This policy will be strictly enforced without exceptions to ensure fairness and consistency for all our clients.
