Fees and Refund Policy All our training program attract fees, some courses are only offered in a commercial setting, and in this situation the employer pays the fees after delivery of the course. Fees are paid in full when booking into the course, Corporates clients may apply for an account with alternative payment terms. A refund of the course fee less $150 is available provided we receive a full weeks notice of the cancellation, if we receive less than a weeks’ notice we can only refund 50% of the course fee. No refund will be applied for students who wish to cancel or pull out the course once the course has commenced. Please be aware due to the nature of the high risk training certain requirements must be met to run certain courses in which could in turn affect the running of the course(s). Rescheduling – Courses may be rescheduled or canceled at the inconvenience of the applicant due to the following circumstances. eg. Rigging courses require a minimum of 3 students to run the course due to the requirements of Work safe NSW and will be rescheduled up to the day of the training schedule of the course. Courses can be rescheduled due to hardship or previous obligations, up to two times, fees may apply. After rescheduling twice if applicant can not attend full course fees will apply. Please note work obligations post enrolment date will not be accepted as a reason to reschedule and may incur a fee. All courses must be completed within a 60 day time frame. Rescheduling the course does not extend the course completion requirements. Courses that are not completed within the 60 day time period may be subject to cancelation or withdrawal, extra training may be required if the applicant has been canceled or withdrawn from a scheduled course, fees will apply. After 60 days it is a requirement of the RTO to assess the applicant to ensure the applicant is competent to sit the HRW licencing course. Fees will apply. Transfer- All high risk courses must be completed within a 60 day time frame. Transferring the course does not extend the course completion requirements. Courses that are not completed within the 60 day time period may be subject to cancelation or withdrawal, extra training may be required if the applicant has been canceled or withdrawn from a transferred course, fees will apply. After 60 days it is a requirement of the RTO to assess the applicant to ensure the applicant is competent to sit the HRW licencing course. Fees will apply. Applicants can change the commencement date of a course by applying via email to admin@fhv.edu.au Terms – Participants who wish to transfer between courses will be able to do so with 48 hours’ notice without penalty, if less than 48 hours is provided, this will be treated as a cancellation. Subject to availability Once course has commenced no transfer or rescheduling is applicable, full course fees will apply. Fees will apply to transfer or reschedule. If the above does occur a full refund of the currently enrolled course is applicable if the applicant does not wish to transfer. In the case no cost will be incurred by the applicant. In cases of extreme hardship application in writing can be made to the CEO to vary these terms. All Participants should note that lost statements of attainment can be replaced for a fee of $22, including GST, per course. This is due to administrative duties and in some cases the need to search through archived participant
